Are You an Empath?

In my work as a Spiritual Coach I am always talking about what it is to be an Empath. In fact almost every single one of my clients is an Empath, even those who don’t recognise it yet, because that is who I was put here to help. The empaths, the aware, the awakened, those going through awakening.

So what is an Empath?

My interpretation, and I do speak as one, it is someone who is open. Open to the energies of the the world around us. Our connection is open and therefore we can be receptive to the moods, the emotions, the highs, the lows of those around us.
