Before You End Your Life.

The nights are dark and long, the path feels lonely even in the midst of a crowd, but before you choose to put your light out, before you choose to unzip your physical suit and release your soul from this world, I want tell you this.

You matter.

You matter because you are part of the matter, the energy that came here to bring in a shift, to ascend and transcend these dark and difficult times we live in. You came here as a warrior, a spiritual warrior, to fight for light, to fight for love, to break this planet free of the chains of darkness, control and manipulation.

Before you put your light out, I want you to know that we need you. You are needed and wanted more than ever before, even if there is no one at your side telling you so.

I want to tell you that each and every cell in your being matters and you are more powerful than this. You are more powerful than the waves of darkness that drift across the earth tempting many to put down their sword and drown in the darkness. To hurt. To surrender. To let your physical body die.

Before you put your light out, I want you to look at the Moon this evening, shining light amongst the darkness for us all. You are being watched over.

Before you put your light out, I want you to feel the beating in your heart and know that that is the energy of love, the vibration of love, even though your mind would have you believe you live in a loveless world. You are loved.
