I have been frozen out by a family member and a business associate this year. I have gone through all the emotions of hurt, grief, questioning but have found my peace with both scenarios and am ok with walking my own path without them. In both cases it was because I could not play into their victim energy over and over again, whereas previously I have helped both for years. I just couldn't give any more and for that I was removed. Hurtful at the time but it has opened up space for me to give so much more in other ways to others who don't command it x
