The Energy of Business this October.

October is all about leadership.

We’re entering the month of October and we have the influence of the Mercury Retrograde that is already in play so that is going to be drawing our attention to relationships in business.

Our business relationships may need some work over this time especially the first two weeks in October — that could be clients, that could be suppliers, it could be colleagues, it could be staff if you have them, team members and old issues can creep back in. Just be aware of it.

You are going to have to deal with things in order to move forwards so you could have disappointment in people this month, but the point is for you to deal with things that weren’t dealt with fully before. You might have thought they were but clearly, they’re not if they re-present and so you need to do that.

How we do business is shifting and changing and morals and values and how we treat our clients, and our team are going to impact the business that we do and how much success we have this month. There will be a lot in the press about “asshole bosses” this month because it’s very justice based. Equal rights, equal opportunities and morals, values, and all of that coming together and that will impact our business. There will be people thinking they can talk their way out of it but there will be people listening, watching, and feeling what is really going on.
