We are now heading into the month of February, the month of LOVE and matters of the heart so I thought this was a great opportunity to write about working through the heart in business. About having a heart centred business.

In the fast-paced and often cutthroat world of business, the concept of chakras may seem out of place. However, the heart chakra, plays a crucial role in creating a harmonious and successful business environment. This energy centre is associated with love, compassion, and connection, qualities that are not only essential for personal well-being but can also significantly impact professional success.

The heart chakra is the fourth of the seven main energy centres in the body, located in the centre of the chest. It is often considered the bridge between the lower chakras, associated with material and earthly matters, and the upper chakras, linked to higher consciousness. The heart chakra governs emotions, relationships, and our capacity for love and compassion.

But it is not just in our personal lives that this chakra affects, it is also in business. After all, business is all about relationships. It’s about loving your business, the work you do, the clients you work with and yourself as a business leader.
