When the Narcissist Envies the Empath

I love coaching and reading for spiritual souls and more often than not I will find myself working with someone who is walking through the experience of being on the receiving end of the Narcissist Empaths will always attract Narcissists, there I have said it. Not just in love though, but in business too.

The truth is that whilst Narcissists are believed to be massively envious of others, because they live in a world, a mindset that they believe everyone else is jealous of them. That they are not the problem. In fact everyone else is.

I have recently and a number of times over the many years I have been in business, been subjected to this and recently have found myself working with a number of clients who were subjected to the jealousy of one particular narcissist which escalated so bad that legal action was considered.

So how does this translate into a business situation?

The first thing that becomes noticeable is that they just cannot bring themselves to congratulate you when you have achieved something. This can range from anything from no comment left on a post about a success story to not taking part in office conversations, even with you, about your recent achievement. They just cannot bring themselves to utter the words well done or congratulations. Choosing instead to ignore it all together.
